Summarised scores at the close on the opening day of the third round of matches in the Regional Four-Day Championship yesterday:

At 3W's Oval: Barbados lead CCC by 61 runs with all 10 wickets intact. COMBINED CAMPUSES & COLLEGES 109 all out (Kyle Corbin 26, Shacaya Thomas 21; Chris Jordan 7-43, Ashley Nurse 2-30). BARBADOS 170 without loss (Kirk Edwards 93 not out, Kraigg Brathwaite 55 not out).

At Arnos Vale Complex: Windwards trail Guyana by 27 runs with six wickets standing. GUYANA 151 all out (Assad Fudadin 55, Rajindra Chandrika 25, Leon Johnson 23; Shane Shillingford 4-40, Liam Sebastien 3-21, Delorn Johnson 3-43). WINDWARD ISLANDS 124 for four (Keddy Lesporis 39, Devon Smith 38; Devendra Bishoo 2-24)

At Warner Park: Debutant Stephen Katwaroo was leading a rescue mission for Trinidad and Tobago against Leeward Islands at the close of play on the first day of their regional four-day match yesterday.

Katwaroo, playing his first regional four-day match, was undefeated on 54 as he tried to revitalise a wobbly Trinidad and Tobago first innings, which staggered to 254 for eight at stumps.

Opener Adrian Barath and middle-order batsman Yannick Ottley scored 58 runs each against impressive bowling spells from pacer Quinton Boatswain and Gavin Tonge. T&T won the toss and batted.

Scores: TRINIDAD & TOBAGO 254 for eight (Adrian Barath 58, Yannick Ottley 58, Stephen Katwaroo 54 not out; Quinton Boatswain 4-75, Gavin Tonge 2-52) vs LEEWARD ISLANDS.
