The US will give them a harsh penalty 'cause they are the ones who felt the pain. If they stay in Jamaica and committed the crime, then they should serve the time here.

Yes, they should. The damage has been done to the image of Jamaica and is unforgivable! They must be made to pay the maximum penalty for their actions. Plus, their ill-gotten gains must be confiscated and, where possible, liquidated and returned to their victims.
