Travelling over the world and meeting people from different cultures, having a laugh, sharing my culture with them and inviting them to visit Jamaica. It's a warm feeling when they mention Bob Marley and now Usain Bolt.

Friends, they are better than pocket money.

- Patrick from Kingston

Beautiful women. I just love to look at them and the feeling I get when I see them.

- Mark, 42, from Mandeville

I can't think of anything better than sex. When I'm in a bad mood nothing cheers me up more. I would have sex every minute of the day if I could.

- Rolando, 25, from Mandeville

Calling the bank on payday and hearing that my salary is there.

- Susan, 31, from Kingston

I enjoy going to the movies, it makes me happy.

Spending time with my family, and seeing my children smile makes me happy.

- Petal, 26, St Catherine

The one thing I like is the fact that I have reached 29 years and am still in my right mind and healthy and am able to work and provide for my family.

- Nadecia, 29, St Ann

My children, of course, my husband too, but my children. Who says you cannot fall in love more than once? I fell in love three times! And I am trying to love them more today than yesterday.

- Royena, 28, St Andrew

It is the peace that comes with knowing that God is my provider, refuge, strength, peace, joy, healer, comfort, strong tower, guiding light and the wind beneath my wings. The biggest and most fulfilling part of my life!

- Maureen, Jamaica

The feeling I get when I have taught a lesson and my students are receptive.

- Ayana, St Ann

Eating a fried large blue parrot fish with festival and bammy and washing it down with a frosty Red Stripe beer, all after a day of scuba diving.

- Hayden, 37, Kingston

Taking a long drive on a Saturday in any direction in Jamaica my SUV takes me. There is nothing more that gives me amazing peace of mind.

- Ian, 44, St Andrew

Seeing the look of glee on the face of my 10-year-old when she makes the honour roll at her school.

- Maurice, St Thomas

The smile on my daughter's (Andreanna) face. No matter the difficulties, hardships, trials I'm faced with, just looking at even a picture of her gives me the happiest feeling ever!

- Andrew, Portmore
