Noted Jamaican attorney-at-law, Professor David Rowe and co-authors Niyala Harrison and Jason Frederick Emert will today launch their new book, Aspects of Jamaican Constitutional History.

The authoritative 452-page tome is being branded as the first detailed legal analysis of the history of Jamaica's Constitution.

According to Rowe, the book focuses on the application of the Westminster model to past and current Jamaican constitutional issues.

Today's launch will take place at the New Kingston-based Four Seasons Hotel starting at 3 p.m.
