A beautifully structured spring 2014 collection, Salaam's structured business suits were made for the future business woman on the go. A truly unique collection to the Jamaican runway, it had many persons transfixed to the catwalk. Light colours with the perfect placement of prints presented a great mix of cultures from his home town of Senegal and childhood travels through Europe. His pieces were made for the modern woman. The pieces were versatile enough to take you on a business trip to Morocco and then transition to a cocktail event after work while still looking evening-savvy chic. The capped-sleeve structured A-line dresses and jackets were a huge hit for many on the runway. Congrats to Sukeina for bringing a new outlook on how the modern 'power' woman should look, not just for the Caribbean but a global perspective.
