THE EDITOR, Sir:
While I understand Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert - a very affable, intelligent and level-headed individual - being upset that Andrew Holness snubbed her at last Tuesday's parliamentary sitting in the House, I don't think she should have brought that particular matter to the attention of the public, as she did, via national television, recently.
That matter, being of such a delicate and personal nature, should have been handled internally and privately, because airing that kind of dirty laundry in public only serves to do further damage to the already tattered and torn image of the JLP, particularly where the issues of unity and credibility are concerned.
The JLP needs to cure itself of foot-in-mouth disease once and for all. A nuh every ting good fi eat good fi talk!
