Danjay Hill is an honour-roll student at Northern Caribbean University.
I WILL contribute to Jamaica in a way that reflects the golden rule. I will give of myself wholeheartedly - my time, substance, and effort to a land that if diligently improved, will bountifully add prosperity to those that favour it.
I will strive to live a God-fearing life, standing up for what is right so that justice can have its way for me and my neighbours. I will contribute to Jamaica by dedicating myself to loving others as much as God loves me, and by giving as willingly and generously as God gives to me.
At the end of the day, what matters most is how you have touched the lives of others. Currently, as a final-year medical technology student, I am daily pursuing my dream to one day promote the betterment of the health and wellness of Jamaicans by establishing a revolutionary health-and-wellness centre.
There is no true wealth or prosperity without health and wellness. Mind, body, and soul ought to be kept in check for a better Jamaica. This is what I'm allowing to be done in my life, and what I'll be encouraging others to do for the rest of my life to help build Jamaica.
