Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister P. J. Patterson, a handyman with the shovel, breaks ground for the Jamaica Industrial Development Corporation's (JIDC) Small Industry Complex at Marcus Garvey Drive. At left is JIDC's Executive Chairman Weasley A. Wainwright. This complex is the first of two such multi-factories announced by the JIDC.
