THE EDITOR, Sir:
Problems are part of life, and there will always be problems in this business and journey of life. But, the good news: they can be solved.
However, our country is certainly hitting rock bottom with one of the most stubborn or crucial problems, which is yet to be collectively identified, sealed and stamped.
With the death rate so high, and people are still dying like flies, almost on a daily basis, many believe that crime is Jamaica's number-one problem.
Whatever that big problem is, if we don't find ways and means to solve or arrest it, and take precaution against it, we may very well see Jamaica being flattened on the canvas, with a final, terrific blow, or a one-punch knockout. But, I sincerely hope it will not happen.
