Weakening T&T trade imbalance

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I had a talk with the chief executive officer of the National Training Agency of Trinidad and Tobago (T&T), and she shared how important it is for greater public information.

The INFOSERV Technology Solutions unit has provided the technology backbone of the agency's operations for years. It is a testimony to what can be achieved through regional collaboration.

We have also been provided behavioural assessments to a number of T&T organisations through our Extended DISC unit.

We might be losing the manufacturing race, but there are opportunities in the provision of services, including the creative sector.

If we put our minds to it, we can whittle away at the trade imbalance.
