The still to be completed but fabulous Whispering Seas - Coldwell Banker's luxury seafront condominium resort in Tower Isle, St Mary, was the venue for the company's office party on Sunday. Celebrating a wonderful year, as the invitation said, staff members spent the time enjoying the magnificence of the property as much as they enjoyed the Häagen-Dazs ice cream, seafood, and other delectable fare that was served to celebrate a job well done for 2013.

The party also served as an introduction (for some), to Whispering Seas. The model unit on show attracted a lot of attention, and according to real estate dealer Elaine Jarman-Gordon, already, half of the 32 units ranging in prices from US$320,000 to US$370,000, have been sold. Every room boasts a sea view and the property is equipped with a freshwater and a saltwater pool, gym, and tennis court. The apartments consist of two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, living, kitchen and patio. This proved the perfect surroundings for the Coldwell Banker's team to enjoy Whispering Seas.
