The Sagicor Jamaica Group has launched its 'Pay It Forward' Christmas initiative for a local charity to earn J$100,000. The initiative allows customers and members of the public to submit entries not exceeding 500 words via email, outlining which registered charitable organisation they believe is the most deserving of $100,000.

Last year's recipient was Best Care Lodge, which caters to physically and mentally challenged children between six and 18 years of age. This year's entries close on Tuesday, December 24 and will be reviewed by a panel of judges. The winning charity will be announced on Monday, December 30.
