First Global to the rescue

Published: Saturday | December 21, 2013 Comments 0

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of First Global Bank - Liguanea branch. The branch manager, Mrs Dawkins, and Susan (I didn't get her surname, unfortunately) went above and beyond to help me.

My handbag was stolen on the night of December 6. I had no ID other than my passport and I needed to collect funds that were sent via MoneyGram. This I could not do as I needed my TRN. I was somewhat distraught.

I tearfully explained my situation to Mrs Dawkins who, without hesitation, facilitated the printing of a copy of my TRN. With this copy, I was able to obtain the funds sent so that I could obtain the necessary replacements for my bank account.

I wish to publicly acknowledge the assistance I received from these ladies. Superior customer service and genuine concern for my situation significantly lessened my distress.

Thank you, ladies!
