The three suspects charged in relation to the October abduction of two men from their Kirkland Heights, St Andrew, premises were yesterday denied bail.

Twenty-seven-year-old businessman Curtis Martin and 25-year-old University of Technology graduate Mario Daley were abducted from their home at gunpoint on October 21.

The police said yesterday there was still no information to suggest the whereabouts of the men.

Dionne Mitchell and Damion Lawrence, from Papine, St Andrew, and Evon Simmonds from a Waterhouse address, also in St Andrew, were charged with robbery with aggravation and illegal possession of firearm.

An additional charge of illegal possession of firearm was brought against Simmonds, after a weapon was found at his house in a separate investigation.

The three are to return to court on January 15, 2014.

At that time, it is expected that certain forensic evidence will be available.

The suspects were held in November, following several raids across Kingston, St Andrew, and St Catherine.

The police have been working with overseas partners to nab the alleged mastermind, who is a Jamaican businessman.
