Jamaican partygoers were transported to Paris last week for a magnifique encounter as Hope Gardens was transformed into a red, blue and white oasis for the season's annual staging of A-List.

That was how many patrons were left feeling as they spent their Christmas dancing the night away at Jamaica's super-exclusive party, A-List. The theme for this staging of the event was 'A Parisian Night' and one couldn't help but feel it upon entering the venue when they were greeted by a towering replica of the Eiffel Tower.

The set-up consisted of concierge cabanas, Appleton Estate lounges, an elevated bar area, Hennessy and Skyy Vodka lounges. The fun-filled event was sponsored by Appleton, Skyy Vodka and Hennessy.

Patrons enjoyed delectable eats in variations of lamb, shrimp, caviar and ham which were all made possible due to one of the rock's finest caterers, Lorraine Fung.

The partygoers were raving from start to finish as selections were juggled by DJ Irie, Selecta Renegade and DJ Smoke.

By 2 a.m. the energy escalated rapidly but the fun was far from over as the dancehall segment took the party to a new high and the patrons continued to dance into the wee hours of Boxing Day.
