Having started Absinthe in 2006, the promoters of the New Year's Eve event say it remains one of the premium occasions for what is a special night for many, and patrons should come for a unique party experience.

When Absinthe is held at the Go-Kart Track, Palisadoes, in Kingston this evening, patrons will be in for quite a treat.

"Absinthe has been the top premium all-inclusive New Year's Eve party for several years. We deliver on all aspects of our event; decor, music, premium food and liquor ... a true super all-inclusive package," said Dwayne Dacres, a member of Syndicate Events, organisers of Absinthe.

"This year's theme, City Of Dreams, will be depicted in the layout and decor of the venue. Our title sponsors, Red Stripe, will be having an exclusive mixology bar with flare bartenders, and Digicel will also be adding their lounge area inclusive of an instant freeze-photo booth to capture fun moments and also our 'WOW' moment."

In addition to the food that will be provided by Patsy Lyn Caterers and the endless supply of liquor that is promised, music will come by way of Coppershot Disco, Renaissance and DJ Ashile.

Patrons can gain entry to the event for $3,500 presold and $4,000 at the gate, while VIP is $6000.
