Kendel Mackerel Run Dung

1 425g can of Kendel Jack Mackerel

1 pack Kendel Coconut Milk Powder

2tbsps Kendel Vegetable Oil

1 cup boiling water

1 large onion chopped

1tbsp chopped scallion

Thyme, garlic, or pepper if desired.


1. In a saucepan, pour 2tbsp Kendel Vegetable Oil.

2. Sauté chopped onions, scallion, thyme, pepper, garlic until carmelised.

3. In a small bowl, pour Kendel Coconut Milk Powder and dissolve with boiling water.

4. Pour coconut milk in saucepan and allow to simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

5. Add Kendel Jack Mackerel and allow to simmer for additional 2 minutes.

6. Serve with favourite side.
