Curry Sausage/Wurst

4 bratwursts

2tsp ghee/butter

200ml ketchup

Curry powder


1. Melt the ghee in a pan and fry the sausages for approx 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Then cut them into bite-size pieces.

2. Cover with 4-5tbsp ketchup and sprinkle plenty of curry powder on top.

Serve with a fresh bread roll.
