Morgan, Mariappa head Boyz squad

English Premier League defenders Wes Morgan of Leicester City and Crystal Palace's Adrian Mariappa head a strong Jamaica squad which will play Japan in a friendly on Friday, October 10.

The team also includes former National Under-17 star Cardel Benbow, who plays for Waterhouse in the Red Stripe Premier League.

Members of the local delegation will leave the island tomorrow at 1 p.m. for Miami, where they will stay overnight before departing for Japan. The Reggae Boyz are due to arrive in Niigati, Japan, on Wednesday evening.

The game will kick off Friday at 5:25 a.m. Jamaica time.
