Please tell about PBS, Digicel
THE EDITOR, Sir: Since Digicel took over Telstar Cable, the PBS channel has gone missing. Sometimes there is a picture which freezes, then the screen goes black.
At other times, the screen is black reading "no channel selected". My many calls to Telstar only elicit, "We are having technical difficulties". This has gone on for far too long.
If they plan to discontinue that station they owe it to their customers to say so.
I hope this letter may prompt definitive action from Telstar/Digicel.
