CVM definitely looking better
THE EDITOR, Sir:
In furtherance of my letter, 'CVM transmission breaks getting on my nerves' (Gleaner, November 1, 2014), I wish to state that the station, through its head engineer, Mario Hall, has been in constant contact with me, via email, and updated me on even other sound and video issues which I brought to his attention.
The frequent loss of signal, especially during important programmes like the news, has been resolved since Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
I wish to thank The Gleaner for allowing me the space to publicly air my peeve with the station, and with the Broadcasting Commission, for attention to be drawn to this and for it to be ultimately resolved.
Thank you to the editors of this establishment and please continue to allow persons space in your newspaper to publicise organisational deficiencies and other ills so that companies may be forced to act.
