2014 was the year of the ultimate weddings - from the extravagant 14-14-14 to the Coronation Market extravaganza. While we cannot truly say there was a best wedding, here are a few of them that stood out in 2014.

Valentine's Day just wasn't the same for 14 couples who tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by the lush, green scenery at Hope Gardens; a very beautiful fairy-tale valentine for the bevy of brides, put on by MSW Events.

Fasting and praying for all your desires is a Christian phenomenon that has worked for Sashana Josephs. She turned to God to provide her with her true love, Sean Pike.

Signs of love

Words sang by Kelly Clarkson that echoed through the speakers of the church as the beautiful bride walked down the aisle with her father, Dennis Walters. For Paul Ebanks, this song was saying everything he could not say in words but felt while he waited for almost two years to marry his soulmate, Jahmela.
