LIME social media fans to select 14th lucky couple for 14-14-14
Fans on LIME's social media pages cast a vote last weekend to select the 14th lucky couple who will exchange vows on Valentine's Day in the 14 -14-14 wedding extravaganza being organised for the second year by MSW Events Ltd.
On board as a major sponsor of the mass nuptials, the telecommunications firm issued a request for couples to submit their love stories via the company's Facebook page. An internal selection panel narrowed the submission to five entries from which LIME's fans made the final decision.
The lucky 14th couple will participate in an all-inclusive luxury wedding spectacle planned for Saturday, February 14.
"Having participated in last year's event, we were truly blown away at the celebration of love which unfolded. We were also touched by the heartfelt journeys of the couples who 'tied the knot' last year and, therefore, delighted to get the opportunity once again to touch the lives of yet another 14 by helping them to realise their wedding dream," said Kim Lee, LIME head of channel marketing, sponsorships and promotions.
In 2014, LIME provided a live stream of the event which allowed well-wishers, friends and families of the couples to share in the special moment via the web. In addition to the broadcast this year, LIME will also be offering a honeymoon package to one of the lucky couples, based on a series of challenges that will be issued to them over the next three weeks.
