Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet most persons are guilty of missing it. Here are a few quick-fix breakfast recipes which take little time to fix, while still providing you with all the benefits of a healthy start to your day. We reached out to our readers and here are some of their quick breakfast items that we are sharing with you.
Granola cereal - light crispy cluster
This contains whole grain toasted oats and rice with cranberries, raisins and sunflower seeds. This can be had with part-skim, fresh soy or unsweetened almond milk.
Blend a large cucumber, lettuce, 11/2 ripe bananas, then serve. This can be had on your way to work or school.
Slice one ripe banana and place between two slices of wholewheat bread, then enjoy.
Dice a variety of fruits in a plate and drink a glass of room temperature water. You can also have this on your way to work or school.
