LIME has launched the MyLIME Self-Care App, which is designed to give customers across the region greater access and more control of their own mobile services. The app is now available for use in the British Virgin Islands and is currently being rolled across all LIME markets.

Customers are invited to get their free download of the MyLIME App for iPhone from the Apple App Store and, on Android, from the Google Play Store.

With the MyLIME Self-Care App, prepaid mobile users can view and purchase voice and Internet plans; monitor their data usage to know how many megabytes they have left; and track the last 24 hours of sent calls and text messages - including duration, charges, and destination numbers.

The customer-friendly app will also enable LIME postpaid customers to view and monitor their mobile Internet usage as well as download and pay their bills. MyLIME also summarises overages and allows email messages to be sent directly to a customer service representative for extra help.

LIME customers will not be charged mobile Internet usage while using the Self-Care App.
