The police are yet to establish a motive for last night’s murder of 44 year-old Kenton Dyer in Old Harbour, St. Catherine.

The police say Dyer was killed by gunmen around 10 p.m. on Sharper Lane.

Residents reportedly called the police after hearing what sounded like gunshots.

Twenty-three year-old Christopher Hamilton of Retirement district, near Granville in St. James, was killed yesterday afternoon.

The police say residents reported that they saw Hamilton being chased by a group of men armed with guns before he was shot.

No motive has yet been established for that murder.
