Ex-cop murdered, woman shot in Portmore

An intensive investigation is now on to find the person(s) who shot and killed an ex district constable and injured woman in Portmore, St Catherine this evening.

The ex-cop and the woman were shot in Independence City Portmore.

It’s reported that sometime after 6 p.m. the two were at an area where roasted fish was being sold when they were approached by gunmen who opened fire hitting them repeatedly.

They were taken to the Spanish Town Hospital, where the ex-district constable was pronounced dead and the woman admitted in serious condition.
