Rain stalls play with Windies

CMC – Rain has continued to delay play on the third day of the second Test between West Indies and Australia at Queen’s Park Oval on Tuesday.

When the adverse weather halted play an hour after lunch, West Indie had progressed to 188 for four.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul was unbeaten on 74 while Narsingh Deonarine was on 37.

The duo have so far put on 88 for the fifth wicket, following the loss of Darren Bravo in the morning session for 38.

Scores so far are: Australia 311 while West Indies 188 for four.
