Jamaica will continue their campaign to qualify for their first FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup, when the CONCACAF Championship continues today in Guatemala.
The young Reggae Girlz will play Canada in their second Group-A game, starting at 2 p.m. Jamaica time at the Estadio Cemento Progresso.
Also at the venue, hosts Guatemala and Panama will face off in the second Group-A game.
Jamaica and Canada are locked atop the early standings with three points each following impressive opening victories on Wednesday.
Jamaica began their campaign with a 3-0 victory over Guatemala, while Canada romped to a 6-0 victory over Panama.
The CONCACAF championship will qualify only three teams to the FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup in Azerbijan in September.
