Jamaica Veronica Campbell-Brown held off American Carmelita Jeter to win the 200m in Shanghai this morning.
Campbell Brown won the event in 22.50 on a very wet track to successfully defend her Shanghai title.
Jeter appeared to have encountered some discomfort near the finish to clock
22.62.
