The results of the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) are to be released this week.
The placement examination was taken by 44,000 primary school students over two days in March.
This year’s GSAT results are to be made available online.
A shadow was cast over this year’s exam, after reports surfaced that a private centre had received the test papers and leaked them to students who attend classes there.
However following a probe, Education Minister Ronald Thwaites said no evidence of cheating was found.
However, suspicion still remained after it was revealed that the parents of the students who attend the private GSAT centre refused to have their children interviewed as part of the probe.
