A St. Catherine based attorney-at-law has been taken into police custody in relation to fraud.
The lawyer was arrested this afternoon by detectives from the Organised Crime Investigation Division.
While his name has not been released by the police, it is reported that he is being accused of preparing a fictitious will.
The incident reportedly occurred in 2010.
The persons affected by the fraud made a report to the OCID and a probe was launched.
