Jamaica’s athletes are bubbling with anxiety as they wait to be called to parade on the Olympic track during the opening ceremony.

Double world record holder Usain Bolt will carry the flag.

“It’s a party vibes,” Bolt tweeted a short while ago.

He noted though that it has been not been easy getting to the waiting area, as he had to stop to take photos with fans.

Long jumper Trecia-Kaye Smith was revelling in the outfits.

“I know I’m biased but Jamaica is the best dressed country in the parade I’ve seen this far,” she tweeted.
