The sentencing of the parents of the infant boy whose decomposing body was found in a suitcase has again been put off.

When the couple appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today the court was informed that the social enquiry report has not yet been completed.

The magistrate then rescheduled the sentencing to Thursday.

The magistrate also reduced their bail to $50,000.

Alphonso and Stephanie Warren were originally each granted $300,000 bail however they have been unable to take up the offer.

They were arrested in January following the discovery of the corpse of their two-year-old son in a suitcase at the home.

The post mortem report indicated that he died more than two months before being discovered.

The parents have pleaded guilty to the charges of concealment of death and failure to bury the body of a child.
