Police destroy $82m worth of ganja, hash oil

Police attached to the Transnational Crime and Narcotics Division have destroyed more than 10,000 pounds of ganja and about 1,000 pounds of hash oil.

The drugs, which had an estimated street value of $82 million were set ablaze yesterday.

The police say the drugs were seized from dealers and abusers over a period dating back to 2011.
