Food for the Poor Jamaica has completed construction on yet another early childhood institution.

The latest project, the Esher Full Gospel Basic School, in Hanover, brings to four the number of early childhood institutions constructed by Food for the Poor since it began its Jamaica 50 campaign.

Under the Jamaica 50 campaign, Food for the Poor plans to build or upgrade 50 such facilities.

Principal of the school Ivalyn McInnis says the new facility will make for a more conducive learning environment for the 117 students.
