Labour ministry gets new vehicles

The Ministry of Labour and Social Security has acquired 13 Toyota Hilux pickup trucks at a cost of $38.5 million.

The vehicles will reportedly be used to enhance the Ministry’s service delivery to beneficiaries of the Programme of Advancement Through Health and Education and other social security programmes.

The trucks were officially handed over to the ministry during a ceremony yesterday.
