The names of both men are being withheld pending further investigations.
The police say a team conducted a six-hour operation, which began about 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday and premises in the Success Beach area of the community were searched.
Following the raid, 39 bags containing compressed ganja weighing 1,380 pounds were reportedly found.
