Detectives attached to the St Elizabeth police division have arrested and charged a juvenile in connection with the multimillion-dollar lottery scam.

The arrest of the juvenile follows Monday's arrest of two other persons who have since been charged with breaches of the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transactions) (Special Provisions) Act 2013.

The police say the teen has been charged with knowingly possessing the identity information of a person and obtaining property by means of false pretense.

All three persons are scheduled to appear before the Santa Cruz Resident Magistrate’s Court on Monday December 9.
