Gas prices up $1.95 Friday

The State-owned oil refinery Petrojam has announced a $1.95 increase in the prices of gasolene.

Effective Friday, a litre of E10-87 gasolene will be sold for $114.67, while E10-90 will be sold for $116.32.

A litre of automotive diesel oil will go down by $1.82 and will be sold for $123.16.

And the price of kerosene has been reduced by $2.78 and will be sold for $123.91 per litre.

However, a litre of propane cooking gas will move down by $1.12 and will be sold for $57.

Butane has been increased by $1.47 and will be sold for $60.34 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
