West Indies will be hoping to bounce back from an embarrassing defeat when they face host New Zealand in the fourth One-Day International this afternoon Caribbean time in Nelson.

The match is scheduled to start at 5 o’clock in the afternoon Jamaica time.

After registering their first victory on tour in the opening match on Boxing Day, West Indies suffered an embarrassing 159-run defeat in the third match in Queenstown on Wednesday.

In a match reduced to 21 overs per side because of rain, New Zealand hammered 283 for four and then restricted the West Indies to 124 for five.

Although the momentum is now with New Zealand, West Indies captain Dwayne Bravo is confident the Caribbean side can bounce back immediately.

The series is locked at 1-1 with two matches to go.
