Disgusted with Flow!
Permit me to register my disgust and anger at Columbus Communications, operators of Flow, for what I view to be robbery being inflicted monthly on its customers.
I am a subscriber (and I have no other choice except to buy a dish) with the company and I pay $9,186 per month for Flow Rock (Internet) and the 175-channel package.
Within the last year, I have lost channels from the company and all that has happened is an apology for the inconvenience. I have lost five channels within recent weeks, plus another prior for a total of at least six, yet my bill received by email and due October 28 is still the same.
Flow has never failed to increase the bill when necessary, and the company has terrible customer service. You can never reach anyone by phone to explain anything.
Where is the Broadcasting Commission on this?
After all, I have a contract with them to provide me with this package and I pay them monthly. Since I must, and have been keeping my end of the bargain, why is the commission allowing Flow to rob me and get away with it?
