ensure your mobile phone is set to the correct browser settings

Press the Blackberry button then scroll down and 'select Options'

Select 'Browser Configuration', now select 'Browser', and ensure that it is set to Internet Browser or Hotspot Browser.

Press the Blackberry button then scroll down and select 'Save Options'

Select 'General Properties', now select 'Default Browser', and ensure that it is set to 'Internet Browser' or 'Hotspot Browser'.

Press the Blackberry button then scroll down and select 'Save Options'

 

The latest version is 0.92. If you do not have that version, visit AppWorld and install the the latest version
