Women’s League Round Up

Arnett Gardens defeated Barbican 5-1 at the Anthony Spaulding Complex in a Zone ‘A’ game to record the biggest victory in yesterday’s round of matches in the Sherwin Williams’ Women’s Football League.

In other Zone ‘A’ games Trelawny Women beat Portmore Strikers 4-1 at Elliston Wakeland Centre and Maverley Hughenden edged Constant Spring 1-0 at Barbican field.

Over in Zone ‘B’, Santos and Reno battled to a 1-1 draw at Bell Chung Oval.

The remaining games in the Zone were not played because of rain. The games were Olympic Gardens against Waterhouse and Meadhaven versus Harbour View.
