Barbican hammered Portmore Strikers 6-0 in their second-leg final at Ferdie Neita Park yesterday to retain the Sherwin Williams Women’s league title.

Barbican took the two-way tie 10-2 on aggregate after beating the mid-season champions 4-2 in the first leg final last week at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex.

The victory represents Barbican’s fifth hold on the title following success in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2008.
