England rally against New Zealand

James Anderson claimed five for 75 with fine swing bowling as England took charge of the second Test against hosts New Zealand.

Resuming this morning on 291 for five, England were bowled out for 343 with Tim Ambrose hitting 102.

Paul Collingwood chipped in with 65, Alastair Cook on 44 and Michael Vaughan on 32.

Daniel Vettori hammered an unbeaten 50, but Paul Collinwood finished the Kiwis off for 198.

England, batting a second time reached 4 without loss for a lead of 148 going into the third day.
