Beaten end of first round finalist St Georges, yesterday moved back to the top of the Digicel Premier League following a 1-1 draw with sixth place Arnett Gardens at Lynch Park in Portland.

St Georges, who entered the day locked on 24 points with defending champions Tivoli Gardens but second in the standings, have now moved to 25 points.

They lead by 1 point over Tivoli Gardens, who were inactive yesterday because of the funeral of Oraine Simpson.

In other games, Waterhouse defeated Rivoli United 1-0 at Drewsland and Boys’ Town also secured a 1-0 victory over Village United at Collie Smith Drive.
