Panama secured their CONCACAF Women’s Under-17 final spot alongside Jamaica, Mexico and Canada after toppling Nicaragua and El Salvador in their Central American series.

Playing at home, the Panamanians whipped El Salvador 3-1 and outgunned Nicaragua 3-2 to advance to the CONCACAF Under 17 championship in Costa Rica next March.

Seven of the teams have now been decided for the eight-team play-off.

The one remaining team for the CONCACAF Finals in Costa Rica from March 9-20 will be decided when the Dominican Republic face the Cayman Islands in a two-leg series on Saturday and December 12.

The winner between the Dominican Republic and Cayman will join the USA, hosts Costa Rica and Haiti in Group B of the CONCACAF Finals.
