The Wallenford Coffee factory said it would resume its payout of millions of dollars owed to coffee farmers across the island this Friday.

This will be the second of a two-part payment plan to farmers. The first payment was made on September 5.

President of the All Island Coffee growers Association, Derrick Simmons, said the farmers expect the company to live up to its word and make the payout as planned.

The entire payout will amount to about $90 million.

Mr. Simmons said the Government has promised to help farmers rehabilitate their farms, which were ravaged by the recent storm.
