Kameka suspects could be charged soon

The police are reporting that the three suspects held in connection with the murder of Assistant Police Commissioner (ACP) Gilbert Kameka, could be charged soon. A former member of the Joel Adam gang, Massinissa Adams, is among the suspects.

The names of the other suspects, including a woman, have not yet been released. Detectives from the Major investigation Task Force say they completed questioning the suspects yesterday.

The police say they are making significant progress in their investigations. ACP Kameka was murdered a month ago in Irish Town, St. Andrew.
